Deux chambres fermées, grande espace de foyer, salon, cuisine, une salle de bain et une grande terrasse à usage exclusive avec un cabanon de rangement. Voisinage super sympas et communicatifs. Aucun stationnement vient avec le bail. Moins de 10 minutes de marche à toute aménité, y compris Maxi, une librarie, des fruitéries, Jean Coutu, plusieurs parcs, de beaux restaurants et barres, etc. 15 minutes de bus à la ligne verte, orange et bleu. On utilise souvent les buses de 47, 25, 94, 27 et même 67 et 161 dès fois. L'appartement est complètement insonorisé au point où je peux jouer à la battérie. Possibilité d'achéter la laveuse et sécheuse, et le lit double de la deuxième chambre (celui avec le couverture verte), le cadre, duvet et drapes inclus. Les dates sont flexibles à partir de 25 janvier, mais la priorité sera donnée aux locataires qui sont en mésure d'assumer le bail le plus proche du 25 janvier. Less than a 10-minute walk to all amenities, including Maxi, a bookstore, fruit shops, Jean Coutu, several parks, great restaurants and bars, etc. About 15 minutes by bus to the green, orange, and blue metro lines. We use these buses: 47, 25, 94, 27, and sometimes even the 67 and 161. The apartment is completely soundproofed to the point that I can play my drums. Possibility to buy the washer and dryer, and the double bed in the second bedroom (the one with the green blanket), including the frame, duvet, and sheets.
