Je cherche une personne pour me remplacer dans ma colocation de trois personnes, située à 4 minutes à pieds de la station Papineau, au coin de Logan et Cartier, au premier étage (pas le rez-de-chaussée). Les deux autres personnes sont aussi étudiantes à l’UQAM et à McGill, en maîtrise. Grand appartement avec superbes moulures, meublé et équipé, à part pour la chambre que je quitte, qui sera vide. Il s’agit d’une grande chambre double avec fenêtre donnant directement sur la rue cartier. Le loyer est de 760 $ par mois, incluant électricité, chauffage et internet. Logement non fumeur et sans animaux. L’appartement dispose de sa propre laveuse-sécheuse et d’un balcon à l’arrière. Idéal pour personne étudiante. The other two people are also graduate students at UQAM and McGill. It’s a spacious, fully furnished and equipped apartment, with beautiful moldings. The room I’m leaving will be empty. It’s a large double bedroom with a window overlooking Cartier Street. The rent is $760 per month, including electricity, heat, and internet. No smoking or pets allowed.
